I’m a film editor currently based in New York City. My focus on documentaries is because I’m dedicated to making a difference. As an editor, my number one goal is to tell stories with clarity, emotion, and impact. That guides my thinking — every creative decision I make is an effort to advance that goal.
I’m currently working as an associate editor on a forthcoming feature documentary in post-production for HBO. Past short-form projects include an internal portrait documentary for Nike and content for Doc Society’s Good Pitch Local events.
I’ve served as an assistant editor on multiple feature documentaries, including two for HBO — Happening: A Clean Energy Revolution (dir. James Redford) and Jane Fonda in Five Acts (dir. Susan Lacy), which premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.
I started my career as a production/post-production intern for multiple seasoned documentary filmmakers, including Academy Award-nominated director Brett Morgen for Jane, which won Best Edited Documentary (Feature) at the American Cinema Editors ACE Eddie awards.
